摘要:	本研究旨在探討台灣精準醫療產業中的癌症基因檢測市場現況及其發展策略。我們透過文獻回顧、深度訪談以及個案研究，深入分析了市場的現狀以及台灣廠商在紅海市場中所面臨的挑戰。研究發現，癌症基因檢測技術在預防、早期診斷和術後監測方面具有巨大潛力。建議企業應該優先考慮市場需求，尋找新的市場機會，例如癌症預防市場，並通過技術創新和合作策略來開拓藍海市場。以個案公司 P 為例，我們發現其成功之處在於技術創新、市場教育和合作推廣等方面的有效運用。未來，持續的技術創新、跨領域的合作以及支持性的市場和政策環境將是癌症基因檢測市場持續發展的關鍵因素。這項研究提供了對於台灣精準醫療產業中癌症基因檢測市場的全面理解，並提出了可行的發展策略，有助於該領域的持續發展與壯大。;This study aims to investigate the current status and development strategies of the cancer genetic testing market in Taiwan′s precision medicine industry. Through literature review, in-depth interviews, and case studies, we conducted a comprehensive analysis of the market situation and the challenges faced by Taiwanese companies in a competitive market landscape. The study reveals that cancer genetic testing technology holds significant potential in prevention, early diagnosis, and post-operative monitoring. It is suggested that companies prioritize market demand and explore new market opportunities, such as the cancer prevention market, while leveraging technological innovation and collaboration strategies to tap into blue ocean markets. Taking company P as a case study, we found its success lies in effective utilization of technological innovation, market education, and collaborative promotion. In the future, sustained technological innovation, interdisciplinary collaboration, and supportive market and policy environment will be key factors for the continued development of the cancer genetic testing market. This study provides a comprehensive understanding of the cancer genetic testing market in Taiwan′s precision medicine industry and proposes viable development strategies to contribute to its continuous growth and expansion.
