;This research explores the marketing applications of medical smart temperature and humidity systems under the theory of innovative uses, focusing on the use of such systems to improve the quality assurance of medications, patient comfort, pathogen control, economic benefits, and compliance with regulations in medical environments. The aim of the research is to deepen the understanding of the interactions between system integrators, end customers, and hardware vendors, using a customer-centric approach to uncover the real purposes behind these needs. This process not only emphasizes the product itself but also the practical problems solved by the product, aiming to develop truly customer-centered innovative solutions.
Based on innovative strategies and product development recommendations that delve deeply into customer needs, system integrators can more effectively address core needs in temperature and humidity control within medical institutions. These include enhancing the reliability of systems and user-friendliness of interfaces, while also providing more precise environmental monitoring and data management functions. These strategies should also consider how technological innovation can reduce the operational burden on medical staff and enhance the system′s automatic response capabilities to abnormal conditions, thus improving the overall quality of medical services and patient safety.
Finally, the research provides a concrete methodological framework. This includes how to integrate Jobs To Be Done (JTBD) and Outcome-Driven Innovation (ODI) theories to understand and define user needs, how to use these insights to shape innovative product development strategies, and how to optimize product market performance and user experience through these strategies. Through these methods, the development of medical smart temperature and humidity systems can more accurately respond to market demands and play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of medical services and patient satisfaction.
