    Title: 空汙產業的競爭策略:SCP分析觀點

    Abstract: 隨著全球對環境保護要求的提高,對於空氣污染防治技術的需求也在不斷增加,尤其是對揮發性有機化合物(Volatile Organic Compounds, VOCs)處理技術的需求。本文主要討論了空氣污染防治產業中的競爭策略,並通過S-C-P(結構-行為-績效)分析框架來研究這一產業。以傑智環境科技(JG)為例,探討了該公司在產業中的競爭策略和績效。研究著重於對產業結構、企業行為和企業績效的詳細分析,尤其關注傑智公司在技術創新、市場策略和營運績效方面的表現。傑智公司通過技術創新和專利策略,開發了多項空氣污染控制技術和產品,並成功拓展至國際市場,特別是在大陸市場取得成功。儘管該公司也面臨著激烈的市場競爭和產業環境挑戰,但通過不斷的技術創新和市場擴張策略,成功提升了競爭力和市場地位。最終,研究結果提出了對該產業的建議,包括持續進行技術創新、實行多元化的市場策略以及提升產品品質。同時,也建議政府加強法規制定與執行、支持技術研發並推動產業升級轉型。未來的研究可以進一步探討高科技和傳統產業在空氣污染防治設備需求和策略方面的差異。總的來說,本文提供了對空氣污染防治設備產業的深入理解和分析,對於該產業內的企業和政策制定者提供了有價值的參考和洞察。;This paper mainly discusses the segmental competition strategies of the air pollution control industry through the S-C-P (Structure-Conduct-Performance) analysis perspective to study the air pollution control equipment industry. The research takes Jie Zhi Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. as a case study to explore its competitive strategies and performance in the industry.
    The paper begins by introducing the motivation for the research, noting that with the global increase in environmental protection requirements, the demand for air pollution control technology, especially VOCs treatment technology, is growing. The author analyzes the current situation and development of the industry, including the sources and impacts of pollutants and regulatory requirements, highlighting the growth potential of the air pollution control equipment market.
    The study conducts a detailed analysis of industry structure, firm behavior, and firm performance, focusing on the performance of Jie Zhi Company in terms of technological innovation, market strategy, and operational performance. Jie Zhi Company has developed several air pollution control technologies and products through technological innovation and patent strategies and has successfully expanded to international markets, especially the mainland market. The company also faces intense market competition and industry environment challenges, but through continuous technological innovation and market expansion strategies, it has successfully enhanced its competitiveness and market position.
    Finally, the paper offers suggestions for the industry, government, and future research. Suggestions for the industry include continuous technological innovation, diversified market strategies, and improving product quality. For the government, the suggestions are to strengthen regulation formulation and enforcement, provide support for technological R&D, and promote industry upgrading and transformation. Suggestions for future research include further exploring the differences in air pollution control equipment demand and strategies between high-tech and traditional industries.
    This paper provides an in-depth understanding and analysis of the air pollution control equipment industry, offering valuable references and insights for enterprises within the industry and policymakers.
