Abstract:	整體研究之學術與實務重要性學術重要性：本研究計劃創新地提出四個面向的論壇賦能，並結合了期望價值理論與目標導向理論的觀點，此外，也從論壇外部使用者的忠誠轉移角度思考論壇參與增進的可能性，將填補過去線上論壇研究僅專注於內部使用者心理感知的學術知識缺口。實務重要性：在資訊管理實務上，此研究計劃之成果可提供線上論壇管理者具體可執行的設計指引，即線上論壇賦能，論壇管理者可據以進行系統的設計與促進使用者參與，同時提升論壇的競爭優勢。
