Abstract:	本研究以創新的發想角度，認為若能改變海水淡化廠水源，利用鹽度較低或接近於零之海底地下水滲流區(Submarine groundwater discharge，SGD)作為海水淡化廠之海水來源，應能降低海水淡化廠之淡化負載提升淡化效率之外，也能將低廢棄鹵水量以及對環境之影響風險，或以此作為淡水水資源來源，以作合適抗旱海水淡化廠設置場址選用或環境影響評估參考。
