首先，餡料業存在著少量多樣的特性，原本獲利不高，但經過精實生產策略，能夠提高生產效率和產品多樣性。保持最少量安全庫存並實現持續供應是餡料業的核心挑戰。文章討論了如何確保原物料的適量儲存，減少庫存的浪費，同時維持供應鏈的穩定性。
其次，原料農產品在食品業供應鏈中佔據著關鍵地位。文章探討了對原物料品質的嚴格把關和儲存條件的管理方法。建立完善的追蹤追溯系統能夠確保原物料的生產方法和儲存條件被準確記錄，進而提高產品的可追溯性和品質。
