首先,餡料業存在著少量多樣的特性,原本獲利不高,但經過精實生產策略,能夠提高生產效率和產品多樣性。保持最少量安全庫存並實現持續供應是餡料業的核心挑戰。文章討論了如何確保原物料的適量儲存,減少庫存的浪費,同時維持供應鏈的穩定性。
