    Abstract: 在全球電動車產業快速擴張的發展下,推升了鋰離子電池的需求市場有著爆炸性的成長,車用電池的安全性也逐漸被人們重視,固態電池被視為可以提升電動車整體性能表現的重要技術,各大車廠與電池製造商皆已投入大量的研發資源。本研究將透過個案公司發展固態電池的現況,分析其製造流程與實際執行生產排程的方式,搭配合適的排程績效指標,針對瓶頸製程以最佳化數學規劃的派工方式,對比一般派工法則,找出整體工作時間的差異,期望達成最小化的延遲時間,讓重要的開發實驗進度能夠如期產出,加速鋰離子電池的發展往下一個里程碑邁進。;With the rapid expansion of the global electric vehicle industry, the demand for lithium-ion batteries has grown explosively, and the safety of vehicle batteries has gradually attracted people′s attention. Solid-state batteries are regarded as an important technology that can improve the overall performance of electric vehicles, and major automakers and battery manufacturers have invested a lot of research and development resources. This study will analyze the manufacturing process and the actual implementation of production scheduling through the current status of the case company′s development of solid-state batteries. With the appropriate scheduling performance indicators, the optimal mathematical planning method of dispatching for the bottleneck process is compared with the general dispatching rules to find out the difference in the overall working time. It is expected to minimize the delay time, so that important development and experiment progress can be produced on time, and accelerate the development of lithium-ion batteries to the next milestone.
