    Abstract: 現今社會,台灣人對於兒童照護及其權益越來越重視,兒童之發
    展及安全已然成為社會的主流議題,且由於經濟發展,兒童休閒娛樂
    的場所逐漸從大自然轉為兒童遊戲場,因此對於兒童遊戲場的安全與
    否至關重要,近年來更是提倡共融式遊戲場,使遊戲場使用族群不再
    受限制,但也因此對於遊戲場使用地墊材料的考量也更加的複雜,不
    過不論何種材料安全仍是最基本須符合之要求。
    目前對於遊戲場鋪面檢測皆僅限於檢測位置及當下之狀況,因此
    本研究藉由重複試驗之方式來探討遊戲場地墊之同質性、地墊間衝擊
    衰減性能之變異性及影響因素,將試驗結果彙整分析後發現試驗結果
    之變異性主要是因材料均勻性、材料特性以及試驗本身之精確度所造
    成,且臨界墜落高度試驗結果之變異性明顯較衝擊衰減性能試驗來的
    低。
    建議日後對於遊戲場地墊合格判定的依據應加入臨界墜落高度
    試驗,並加強材料檢測及施工管控,確保遊戲場地墊能夠發揮其應有
    功能,以避免使用者遭受不必要之風險。
    ;Today, Taiwanese people are paying more and more attention to
    children′s care and rights. Children′s development and safety have become
    mainstream issues in society. Due to economic development, children′s
    leisure and entertainment places have gradually changedFrom nature to
    children′s playgrounds. Therefore, ensuring the safety of playgrounds is
    very important. In recent years, there has been an advocacyFor inclusive
    playgrounds, so that the use of playgrounds is no longer restricted.
    However, the considerationsFor the use ofFloor mat materials in
    playgrounds are also more complicated. Safety remains the most basic
    requirement that must be met regardless of the material used.
    Currently, the detection of playground pavement is limited to
    determining the location and its current condition. Therefore, this study
    explores the homogeneity of playground mats, the variability of the impact
    attenuation performance between mats and the influencingFactors through
    repeated experiments. The test results are compared. After pooling and
    analyzing, it isFound that the variability of the test results is mainly caused
    by the uniformity of materials, material characteristics and the accuracy of
    the test itself. Moreover, the variability of the critical drop height test
    results is significantly lower than that of the impact attenuation
    performance test.
    It is suggested that in theFuture, the critical drop height test should be
    added to the basisFor judging the qualification of playingField mats.
    Material testing and construction control should be strengthened to ensure
    that playingField mats can perform their dueFunctions and avoid
    unnecessary risksFor users.
