Abstract:	近年來加密貨幣的發展已經改變的許多企業的經營模式，因此關於加密貨幣的資訊揭露及會計處理的議題討論顯的迫切且重要，加上目前各國會計準則制定並未對於揭露內容及加密貨幣會計處理提供一定的準則，因此我預期本研究可以為資訊使用者、企業及準則制定者提供適切的證據做為參考。此外，本研究計畫使用主題分析法分析加密貨幣文字揭露的內容，相信亦可以為文字揭露資訊意涵等相關文獻帶來增額貢獻。
