    摘要: 近年來,BIM(Building Information Modeling)技術不斷的發展,國內建築工程逐漸從推廣BIM技術轉換成要求導入BIM技術,期望應用BIM技術在建築生命週期各階段中,以有效整合各界面檢討資訊,提高設計、施工及營運維護之效率。以營造廠的角度而言,過去多半將BIM相關工作項目外包給BIM專業廠商,近幾年來各家營造廠紛紛建置BIM相關部門,同時也培養BIM工程師。營造廠導入BIM技術的同時,若沒有搭配一套完善的流程架構可供員工參考,容易造成重工現象或效益不如預期。本研究主要目的係分析營造廠運用BIM技術流程現況問題,進而提出適用於國內營造廠建築工程運用BIM技術應用選擇與執行流程。本研究利用案例訪談釐清個案的執行流程,並將流程依據類別做區分,再透過IDEF0系統性的輔助,分析施工階段執行BIM技術流程各步驟所需之輸入、控制、輸出及機制間傳遞的關係,然後透過專家訪談以驗證該流程與內容之合適性,最後綜整提出可以輔助營造廠施工階段運用BIM技術之IDEF0分析圖。期望本研究提出以IDEF0呈現的「以IDEF0輔助營造廠施工階段BIM應用選擇與執行流程」程序圖,將有助於日後營造廠承攬新建築工程專案時選用BIM應用項目時可以參考,以使廠商應用BIM技術能發揮預期效益。;For the past few years, BIM (Building Information Modeling) technique has been introduced and implemented gradually in Taiwan. Recently, the construction sector changes its strategy from implementation with promotion into implementation as necessary to approach the target: to use BIM in whole building lifecycle for effective interface integration, and performance improvement in design, construction and operation and maintenance. In the past, the construction company commonly completed its BIM works by outsourcing. But now, most of construction companies start to develop BIM organization units or incubate BIM engineers. To implement BIM with effective way, proper decision-making process and implementation guidelines for employee as reference is essential. Otherwise, BIM implementation might result in reworks or effectiveness under expectation. This study targets on identifying the problems in implementation processes for construction company, and then proposing BIM uses selection and implementation processes. By obtaining the information from construction companies via interviews, this study classified identified processes into different execution types, and then adopted IDEF0 to illustrate all processes, consisting of inputs, outputs, controls and mechanisms. The outcomes in IDEF0 have been verified by domain experts to confirm the feasibility for improving BIM implementation in construction companies. It is anticipated that the outcomes of “BIM uses selection and implementation in IDEF0” can help construction companies to adopt BIM properly, with which make good uses of BIM.
