    Abstract: 台灣高爾夫球頭製造產業因應市場需求,逐漸發展為以小量多樣的生產模式,各式的開發案持續性的導入,如何在最短時間掌握客戶的需求,如何在生產流程大同小異的情況下,針對內部生產參數模擬預測,找出最佳方案。藉由過去的知識經驗轉換成實際可運用的資產,提升企業競爭力。
    本研究以台灣高爾夫球頭製造業為背景透過科學化的方式,運用Kano Model、品質機能展開(QFD)並結合資料探勘,改善高爾夫球頭在蠟模、殼模及鑄造製程的生產良率,以科學化的方式將客戶的需求進行分類,並排序優先順序;讓企業能在第一時間了解顧客的需求,而不是透過多次試驗與驗證獲得客戶的認同,降低走彎路的可能性。利用資料探勘的分析預測功能找出影響產品良率的因素,並加以改善堤身產品的良率,使顧客有更好的產品體驗。
    ;In response to market demand, Taiwan′s golf head manufacturing industry has gradually developed into a small and diverse production model, with the continuous introduction of various development projects, how to grasp customer needs in the shortest time, and how to target the The internal production parameters are simulated and predicted to find the best solution. By converting past knowledge and experience into practical assets, enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.
    Based on the background of Taiwan golf head manufacturing industry, this research uses Kano Model, Quality Function Development (QFD) and data mining to improve the production yield of golf heads in wax mold, shell mold and casting process through a scientific method. Classify and prioritize customers′ needs in a scientific way, so that companies can understand customer needs at the first time, instead of obtaining customer approval through multiple tests and verifications, reducing the possibility of detours. Use the analysis and prediction function of data mining to find out the factors that affect the product yield, and improve the yield of the embankment products, so that customers have a better product experience.
