Abstract:	本計畫以『復健醫療』為研究情境，具體目標為建構一個結合『人機互動(human–computer interaction)』與『科技素養(Scientific Literacy)』的理論模型來評估使用者對智慧型服務的信任感,本計畫將以合作醫院採用之『PABLO復健系統』為實驗情境，首先說明復健系統設計原理以增進使用者科技素養，接著透過資訊視覺化技術引導其了解系統推理過程，並評估系統輸出資訊之合理性。最後進行使用者訪談，藉由其回饋了解使用者對該服務信任感的變化情況。本計畫研究成果將有助於醫療院所增強其智慧型系統的服務品質。
