摘要:	少子化的影響下，生育率持續下降，婦女生育成為重要的社會議題，社會各界不斷呼籲要提高生育率，以免未來成為國家安全議題。而婦女生育後的身體復原的生活照護，也就是俗稱的坐月子，卻不見有創新的改善，傳統上還是以居家照護為主，但是隨著生活條件的普遍提升，婦女的坐月子方式已有巨大的改變，產後護理之家逐年的成長，已成為市場趨勢，對於產婦的照護，已轉變為由專業的醫療照護來服務產婦，而正是在此種生活型態的轉變中，及產業經營模式的改變中，以精緻的美容、美髮的服務，與產後護理之家的異業結合經營，成為另一種新興的營運方式。異業經營模式下的美容、美髮服務業，與產後護理之家的營運合作模式，與經營績效，是本研究將探討的議題，此種經營模式是否可以長期經營，又會面臨著那些問題，如何經營此新興事業，均為本研究將探討的議題。對於產後照護之家的相關經營分析報告，可以從衛生福利部的相關統計資料來分析，以歷年來的統計資料分析看出，此事業是處於正成長期，成立的家數是逐年成長期，相關的市場規模是否足以支撐此成長，本研究亦加以分析探討。本個案研究也引用社會科學研究方法的問卷調查方式，進行個案公司的客戶滿意度的調查，以驗證對本創新服務的服務滿意程度。波特 (Porter) 所提出的「解決醫療照護問題的策略」中所提出的模型架構 Porter and Lee (2013)，將是本精緻美容、美髮服務的核心理論及應用，以該模型來分析此種異業結合的經營模式，在此理論下的經營成果及績效，來驗證該模型的確實性，本研究的成果，最終說明此精緻美容、美髮服務的經營，在與產後護理之家的異業結合經營下，達到了其成功經營的目標。;Under the influence of fewer children, the fertility rate continues to decline, and women′s fertility has become an important social issue. People from all walks of life continue to call for increasing the fertility rate, so as not to become a national security issue in the future. And the life care of women′s body recovery after childbirth is also called vulgarity. There has been no innovative improvement in the so-called confinement. Traditionally, home-based care is still the main method. However, with the general improvement of living conditions, the way of women′s confinement has changed greatly. The growth of postpartum care home year by year has become a market trend. The care for puerpera has been transformed into professional medical care to serve puerpera, and it is in this kind of life style that the development of postpartum care home has become a trend In the process of transformation and the change of industrial business model, the combination of exquisite beauty and hairdressing services and the different business of postpartum care home has become another new way of operation. The topics to be discussed in this study are the cosmetology and hairdressing service industry under different business models, the business cooperation model with postpartum care home, and the business performance. Whether this business model can be operated for a long time, and what problems will it face? How to operate this new business is the topics to be discussed in this study. The relevant business analysis report of postpartum care home can be analyzed from the relevant statistical data of the Ministry of health and welfare. The statistical data analysis over the years shows that this business is in a positive growth period, and the number of established families is growing year by year. Whether the relevant market scale is enough to support this growth is also analyzed and discussed in this study. This case study also uses the social science research method of questionnaire survey to investigate the customer satisfaction of the case company, in order to verify the service satisfaction of the innovative service. Porter and Lee, the model architecture proposed in Porter′s 「The Strategy That Will Fix Health Care」(Porter and Lee, 2013) will be the core theory and application of this exquisite beauty and hairdressing service. This model is used to analyze the business model of the combination of different industries, and the business results and performance under this theory are used to verify the validity of the model. The results of this study finally show that the operation of this exquisite beauty and hairdressing service has achieved its success under the combination of different industries with postpartum nursing home objective of operation.
