    摘要: 本研究因目前土木於道路工程之應用層面上面臨大缺工的時代,因此需要
    針對新工法、新材料、新設備、新技術等面向進行分析,其中又以管線工程現
    場鋪設之成果作為探討目標,並從設備改良端下手,進而申請相關的專利,在
    設備調整更新後,針對技術與工法進行改良,在案例分析中更輔以循環經濟新
    材料的引進做為整體研究之發展與成果更新之績效。
    研究首先針對設備改良進行探討,先了解目前道路工程所使用之鋪面鋪設
    設備之應用,並針對目前的舖裝設備進行改良,研發出將小型滾壓設備以懸臂
    式方式懸掛於挖土機把手上,進而透過懸臂之力量來提升管線鋪設時的滾壓強
    度,並將其新設備之理念進行專利研究之申請,並透過AHP 層級分析來找出其
    工程實際案例應用之成效。
    最後發現,管線工程導入懸臂式滾壓設備之應用可以提升底層壓實度的不
    足,更可以針對面層的平坦度與修編處理。;This research is facing a lack of labor at the current application level of civil
    engineering, new construction methods, new materials, new equipment, and new
    technologies, are the key to overcome the current situation.
    Taking the results of pipeline construction as the research target, improve
    technology and construction methods after the update of the equipment, the
    introduction of circular economy materials is implemented as the performance of
    research development.
    The research discusses the improvement of equipment, understands the
    application of the current paving equipment used in road engineering, and improves
    the current paving equipment.
    A method is developed, suspending small rolling equipment on the handle of the
    excavator, through the power of the cantilever of the excavator, the rolling strength
    was improved.
    The concept of this method is applied for a patent, through the analytic hierarchy
    process to find out the effectiveness of its actual engineering case application.
    The application of cantilever rolling equipment in pipeline engineering can
    improve the lack of compaction of the bottom layer, it can also handle the flatness and
    repair of the surface layer.
