摘要: | 桃園捷運綠線工程目前已發包3個土木標及1個機電標工程,皆導入專案管理資訊系統(PMIS),期望藉由工程數位化,讓管理更深入、訊息共享更快速,讓捷運工程界面多且複雜的情況,得以管理及控制,讓決策更精準能助於建設推動。 本研究以相關國際標準規範為基礎,對捷運綠線不同類型的專案管理資訊系統 (專案管理暨工程監造、GC01標及GM01標)重要模組進行分析,並提出建議精進方向如下: 1. 需求管理:對需求條列式分析分類,建立需求管制、變更及檢核模組(制度) ,確保需求被滿足。 2. 品質管理:對設計導入3級督導,確保設計品質;對監造任務,遵循監造計畫規定辦理;對施工品質,遵循品質計畫規定辦理,建立模組。 3. 界面管理:內部界面加強分包相互協調分類管制;外部界面增加對業主、營運單位及相關審查單位議題管理。 4. 型態管理:以PDCA架構建立型態辨識、型態管制、型態稽核及型態紀錄4個模組執行。 5. 風險管理:以系統化、科學化的方式或程序管理,建立風險辨識、風險分析、風險處置及風險監控模組。 ;The Taoyuan MRT Green Line project has now contracted 3 civil engineering tenders and 1 electrical and mechanical engineering tender, all imported the Project Management Information System (PMIS). With the digitalizing of engineering, management can be strengthened, information sharing can be faster, the multiple and complex situations of the MRT project can be managed and under control, more accurate decision-making can help promote the construction. Based on relevant international standards and specifications, this research analyzes the important modules of different types of project management information systems of the MRT Green Line (Project management and supervision, GC01 and GM01), and proposes the following improvement: 1. Demand management: Analyze and classify demand list, establish demand control, the changing and checking module (system), ensure the demand has met. 2. Quality management: Introduce the three-tier supervision to designing to ensure design quality. Manufacturing supervision tasks handled in accordance with the regulations of the manufacturing supervision plan. Construction quality handled in accordance with the quality plan regulations, and modules established. 3. Interface management: Strengthen subcontracting mutual coordination and classification control in the internal interface The external interface adds issue management for owners, operating units, and related reviewers. 4. Type management: Based on the PDCA structure, type recognition, type control, type audit, and type record modules are build and carried out. 5. Risk management: Establish risk identification, risk analysis, risk disposal, and risk monitoring modules with systematic, scientific, or program management method. |
