    題名: 含三苯胺及苯並噻二唑喹喔啉的 p型有機染料敏化太陽能電池之研究;Organic Dyes Containing Triphenylamine and Benzothiadiazoloquinoxaline for p-type Dye-Sensitized Solar Cells

    摘要: 本篇論文設計並合成出四個含有苯並噻二唑喹喔啉(Benzothiadiazoloquinoxaline,BTQ)的p型染料敏化太陽能電池。使用三苯胺為推電子基團;2-亞甲基丙二腈為拉電子基團;苯並噻二唑喹喔啉作為輔助拉電子基團;噻吩作為共軛基團的雙錨染料ER99與單錨染料ER110。以及使用三苯胺為推電子基團;利用苯並噻二唑喹喔啉本身的拉電子性質做為拉電子基團;噻吩作為共軛基團的雙錨染料ER100與單錨染料ER105。希望透過苯並噻二唑喹喔啉優秀的拉電子力做出具有長波長吸收的p型染料,並進行紫外光-可見光吸收光譜、螢光激發放射光譜、循環伏特安培法等實驗研究染料特性。並將四種染料做成染料敏化太陽能電池元件,以 AM 1.5 irradiation(100 mW/cm2)太陽光模擬進行效能測試。
    結果顯示具有單錨基團的ER99具有最佳的光電轉換效率(η = 0.0216%, Jsc = 0.361 mA/cm2, Voc = 120 mV, ff = 0.368)。
    ;In this thesis, we design and synthesize four kinds of dyes with Benzothiadiazoloquinoxaline(BTQ) for p-type DSSCs, which are respectively ER99, ER110, ER100, and ER105. And, we expect these new BTQ dyes could have near infrared absorption by inserting the strong electron withdrawing group, BTQ.
    The below is a simple introduction of the molecular structures. First, using triphenylamine as electron donor and thiophene as π-conjugated spacer is the common part of these four kinds of BTQ dyes. Second, for ER99 and ER110, 2-dicyanomethane is as electron withdrawing and BTQ is as auxiliary electron withdrawing group. However, for ER100 and ER105, we use BTQ itself as electron withdrawing group by its intrinsic good ability to withdraw electrons. Third, dianchoring group is applied on ER99 and ER100, and monoanchoring group is used on ER105 and ER110.
    We also do the UV-Vis absorption spectrum, fluorescence excitation emission spectrum, cyclic voltammetry ,etc., to test the characteristics of the BTQ dyes. Last, we use these four BTQ dyes to manufacture the p-type DSSCs, and we test the efficiency of the devices under AM 1.5 irradiation(100 mW/cm2)as simulated sunlight.
    Our results show that ER99 has the best photon to current efficiency, η = 0.0216%(Jsc = 0.361 mA/cm2, Voc = 120 mV, ff = 0.368).
