    Abstract: 以3D 模型為核心的 BIM(Building Information Modeling)技術,

    其發展與應用在營建產業已成為銳不可擋的趨勢。當建築物竣工完成後,BIM技術

    仍可延伸應用於設施之維護管理階段,而此應用必須奠基於紀錄模型的完整性及

    正確性。本研究參考國外文獻有關紀錄模型(Record Model)建立之模式,嘗

    試建立國內日後紀錄模型發展之作法,並與國內某一實際案例進行比較分析。經

    研究分析後,本研究認為國外提出之紀錄模型理論模式極具參考價值,進而提出

    符合國內於建築物生命週期建立紀錄模型之流程及施工階段之主要步驟與關鍵

    工項,以提升紀錄模型成果之正確性。期望本研究之成果對於國內日後建置 BIM

    紀錄模型有實質參考價值。;Building Information Modeling (BIM), a 3D based technology, brings an irresistible trend on its development and application in the construction industry. When a building is constructed, BIM technology can be used for building’s maintenance management. However, this application has to be
    based on a complete and accurate BIM record model. Referring to the approach of constructing BIM record models in the literature; this study proposes an approach to develop BIM record models and compares with a real case in Taiwan. After confirming the referred approach’s value, this study proposes a flowchart for constructing record models through a project’s life cycle, and identifies some key steps and essential working activities in construction stage that is valuable for improving model’s accuracy. It is anticipated that the research results are beneficial for
    constructing BIM record models in Taiwan.
