Abstract:	本論文推廣應用雙樣本加權Kaplan-Meier統計量(Pepe和Fleming, 1989)於具有隨機右設限存活資料的雙樣本和多樣本相關問題。首先修正單尾加權 Kaplan-Meier 檢定為雙尾之檢定。其次，在雙樣本檢定問題中，為考量共變數之影響，並且能夠及早結束動物實驗或臨床試驗，推廣Li (1999)所提之群序列雙樣本加權Kaplan-Meier 檢定，建立調整共變數後之群序列雙樣本加權Kaplan-Meier 檢定。最後，就多組具有右設限的存活資料，檢定多樣本問題中有關存活函數之傘形對立假說。針對傘頂已知或未知情形，推廣雙樣本加權Kaplan-Meier 統計量建構適當之檢定方法。本論文使用蒙地卡羅方法在具有早期、中期、晚期、等比例或交叉危險函數差異的成段指數分布下，研究本文所提檢定方法在小樣本情形下的水準及檢定力表現。最後，引用適當的數據加以分析。
