Abstract:	研究期間：10208~10307;In this proposal, we plan to develop chiral organic catalysts for asymmetric esterification of secondary alcohols. The design of these new catalysts has two types: 4-dialkylaminopyridine and sparteine. The second domain of this proposal is natural product synthesis including pericosines, 5,6-dihydro--pyrone derivatives, resorcylic acid lactones and Squamostatin-D. Metatheses reaction are important tools in the syntheses.
