    Abstract: 受到景氣快速變化的影響,企業為了保持競爭力,必須豐富員工工作技能,以增加企業營運管理的彈性。本研究將為個案公司建立員工晉升至後勤基層主管的工作職涯地圖,以減少員工職業倦怠感,並幫助員工擴大職業生涯發展。 本研究依個案研究方法,透過對部門主管與基層主管的調查訪談過程,瞭解擔任基層主管所需經歷的職務、應有資歷、專業技能以及目前的職務內容;研究中以職務說明書來闡述關鍵職務的責任和任務,以及應具有的專業知識、技術、能力和其他特徵,再以職業生涯地圖,繼續說明此關鍵職務之進入門檻與理想職業生涯路徑。 本研究利用圖象克服不易透過文字表達職業生涯路徑的困難,亦搭配職位說明書補足職業生涯地圖所無法描繪的部分,並提出後續建議,以供個案公司未來建立員工職業生涯發展系統之參考。 To adapt to the rapid changes in business cycle, the enterprises have to keep the competence by strengthening employees’ work skills and increasing the flexibility of business operation management. In this research, career maps were built for employees promoted from team members to team leaders in the case company. The main purpose of building the career maps is to decrease the sense of employees’ job burnout and help them to broaden their career development. At first, the research use the method of case study to find out the experiences, positions, skills and the current job duties that team leaders should have by interviewing the department heads and team leaders. Then, the duties and tasks of key positions, professional knowledge, skills, abilities, and other characteristics can be defined in the document, job description, in this research. Finally, the threshold of key positions and the ideal career path are continually explained with career maps. This research overcomes the difficulties in describing the ideal career path by using graphs instead of words. Job description provides the supplement which is insufficient in the career map and comes up with some suggestions for the reference of establishing employees’ career development system in the case company in the future.
