近年來鋁合金廣泛的應用於高單價的3C產品外觀件。除了加工硬化型的5052鋁鎂合金已經被大量的應用外;近期析出硬化型的鋁-鎂-矽(6063)合金由於具有高強度及低雜質含量的特點,深具潛力取代5052加工硬化型鋁合金作為3C產品外觀件。鋁-鎂-矽合金經過不同的加工量或應變量與固溶、時效熱處理後,基地微結構變化對鋁合金陽極皮膜品質和尺寸穩定性有相當的影響。鋁-鎂-矽鋁合金受到變形後,基地中差排密度(差排環長度)、晶粒和析出相尺寸及形態都有顯著變化;陽極處理的製程參數(電流、溫度)更對陽極皮膜品質有顯著的影響,包含孔洞大小(pore size)、孔洞密度(pore density)與膜厚(thickness)以及光學性質…等。所以鋁-鎂-矽鋁合金的加工與變形對基地微結構變化以及陽極皮膜品質的影響值得深入探討。本計畫擬測量陽極時定電流下電壓(V)-時間(t)變化;定電壓下電流(I)-時間(t)曲線變化並計算陽極焦耳熱(joule heat)能量,探討鋁-鎂-矽合金(6063)微結構變化對於陽極皮膜品質的影響。使用SEM與TEM觀察不同應變量(0%、20%、40%)下鋁基地中晶粒尺寸、差排密度與差排胞大小的改變,以及陽極後焦耳熱對析出物尺寸及型態的影響,並利用微硬度測試及超音波檢測基地時效過程中微結構差異與音波波型變化的相對關係,提供業界生產鋁-鎂-矽鋁合金板材非破壞檢測參考數據與3C業界生產高品質鋁合金外觀件的重要陽極技術資料。 In recent year, aluminum alloys are widely used for making 3C products due to their lightweight, good mechanical properties and superior cosmetic appearance after anodization. This study intends to investigate the effect of deformation on varying the matrix of Al6063 alloy and on the quality of anodized aluminum oxide film. Al6063 alloy contains about 0.7 %Mg and 0.3%Si and is a heat treatable alloy with precipitation hardening. Different degree of deformation would be introduced to simulate the forming process in making parts resulting in varying effects on the precipitation hardening of matrix. As a result, the anodic aluminum oxide film would also change its light reflectance affected by the difference in pore size, pore population and/or Mg and Si ions transport movement in film. In the experiment, we plan to measure the variation of voltage (or current) versus time for a given constant current density (or voltage) in anodizing treatment. The measured values are used to calculate the energy offered for anodizing. SEM and TEM would be used to observe the anodizing film morphology, pore size/density of AAO film, dislocation cell, and precipitates morphology of matrix. One of targets is aiming at establishing the relation of energy consumed (Joule heat) with the variation of precipitate size in the matrix of anodized Al 6063 aluminum alloy. The cosmetic quality in the light reflectance of AAO film would also be quantitatively evaluated in the study. 研究期間:9908 ~ 10007
