    Abstract: 台中發電廠為控制及監測卸煤碼頭、儲煤場產生之煤塵逸散,特委託學術專業機構持續進行台中發電廠煤塵逸散監測工作,期能對於煤塵逸散情形有效掌握,並配合防制設備及現場工作同仁的處置措施,達到維護環境品質之目的。本監測案內容包括台中發電廠所屬煤場周界落塵及粒狀物之監測,並採用兩段式燃燒總碳含量分析法,分別利用544℃和680℃不同之爐溫燃燒,分析落塵及空氣中粒狀物之含碳量和含煤量、落塵鹽沫分析以及燃煤和燃燒稻草指標物種分析,同時整合電廠在麗水、龍井煤場各監測站之粒狀污染物資料和煤場逸散量推估及其附近相關粒狀物污染源調查,再結合氣象資料以分析氣象條件和污染物監測結果之相關性,極有助於煤場煤塵逸散之評估。本案之監測成果可提供詳實之環保監測數據,做為電廠管理煤場營運及煤塵逸散之參考。 In order to monitor and control the environmental quality in the vicinity of Taichung Power Plant, Taiwan Power Company has long been monitoring the fugitive coal dust situations around the Taichung coal storage yard, through projects executed by academic institutions and/or consulting firms. The present project is a continued effort, aiming to monitor the ambient particles and fallout in the vicinity of the coal storage yard of the Taichung Power Plant Two steps combustion method will be employed to analyze the total carbon content. Two steps burning of the dust collected by high volume sampler as well as fallout collecting tanks at furnace temperatures of 544℃ and 680℃, will be able to separate the organic compounds or volatile carbon substances and elemental carbon. This method combined with meteorological analysis and integrated air quality data proved to be very effective for the study and monitoring of fugitive coal dust from the storage yard. The results of this project will provide the proper and detailed data for local environmental protection authorities and serve as a guidance for coal storage management and fugitive dust control of the Taichung Power Plant. 研究期間:9401 ~ 9512
