Abstract:	「抽樣檢驗」是檢驗產品品質是否合乎要求的手段之一，目前國內產業間使用最廣泛之「抽樣檢驗計畫」為美國軍規MIL-STD-105E (Military Standard -105E)。MIL-STD-105E主要是以「允收品質水準」AQL (Acceptable Quality Level)為基礎，容許某一程度之不合格品存在。然美國國防部為了避免不良品件，影響整個武器系統運作而發生重大的損失，因此推出了不允許有任何不良品存在(0收、1退)之美國軍規MIL-STD-1916，取代了行之已久之MIL-STD -105E。由於MIL-STD-1916對「抽樣檢驗」標準要求較為嚴苛，雖然MIL-STD-1916已經取代了MIL-STD-105E，但國內企業為了節省「檢驗成本」，目前多數仍沿用MIL-STD-105E之規範，而不敢冒然使用MIL-STD-1916。本研究主要的目的，乃在如何擬定一套既合乎MIL-STD-105E且合乎MIL-STD-1916精神之抽樣檢驗計畫；以及如何將MIL-STD-1916配合「製程能力指標」來擬定抽樣檢驗計畫，以作為日後產業界「抽樣檢驗」之運用。
